Slow creative moments are my some of my favourite moments in life. Shaping those moments and folding them into my life is how I have pursued slow living and a more creative life over the last couple of years. Pursuing a slow life and creative ideas can be a bigger life-change, but we can also do it in our small, every day moments.
Sometimes it's difficult to sit down and create and find that right mood and flow though. Having a ritual to begin your slow creative moments can really help set the mood. In this video I share my own ritual and the things I do when I need something extra to get into the moment.
